The Dallas County Board of Commissioners has requested the Public Works department to design and plan a solution to the above stated problem. With the assistance of Project Managers Tushar Solanki, P.E., Brian Hooker, P.E., and Jonathan Toffer, P.E., the design team consisting of Altagracia Cesaire, Laverne Maxwell, Gerron McIntosh, Indigo Alexis, and Takira Thompson will work together to complete a design plan, cost estimate, and construction schedule for the project. Dr. Eren Ozguven, P.E., will act as the faculty adviser. The project manager will provide a wealth of information pertaining to the project.
